Op. Dr. Havva Gül Yıldız completed her medical degree at Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. She undertook specialist training in ophthalmology at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine from 1994 to 1999.

Her professional background includes Adana Numune Hospital, the Laser Centre at Özel Sistem Medical Centre and the Çukurova University Medicosocial Unit. She has worked in private practice since 2018.
